EB Interiors - Highland Property Group, Taren Point
Designed by EB Interiors, the Highland Property Group office at Taren Point is a bold reinterpretation of real estate workplace design – conceived around the idea of bringing the energy and sophistication of the city to Sydney’s southern suburbs. Drawing inspiration from the grid-like network of Sydney’s train lines, an intricate industrial-style lighting installation sets the tone for a space that is at once raw and refined – its architectural bones rooted in the industrial character of the surrounding precinct, its interiors elevated by luxurious joinery and considered material choices.
Briggs Veneers’ Retoned Gunmetal Birch plays a defining role in that elevation. A dark charcoal-dyed natural veneer; it retains all the natural grain and organic character of real Birch timber while transforming its tone into something altogether more contemporary – a deep, moody hue that speaks directly to the industrial aesthetic of the space without sacrificing the warmth and authenticity that only natural timber can offer. The result is a surface that bridges two worlds – the grit of the industrial, the refinement of the bespoke and is perfectly at home in an interior designed to be edgy, unexpected, and anything but corporate as usual.
